Brad Waken, CCIM, CPM, CRRP, CRX, SCSM, SCLS is the proprietor broker for Waken and Company Real Estate.   Waken has over 35 years experience in the shopping center industry.    Prior to Waken and Company, Waken grew up in the five generation, family grocery business in Enid, Oklahoma.  In 1984, Enid Development Company was created to manage the grocery store anchored shopping centers, along with multiple downtown and stand-alone retail and office buildings.  In 2003, Waken joined with J. Herzog & Sons Investments, a national, full service real estate company, which manages over five million square feet of malls and shopping centers, along with other assets including hotels, restaurants, industrial, office, and mineral rights.  Waken is an active member of CCIM, IREM, NAR, and ICSC.  Visit me on LinkedIn

Kari Higgins has led project phases, from conceptualization to final arrangement.  Acts as clients’ representative and construction manager. Coordinate and supervise architects, construction companies, governmental entities, and maintenance crews on all aspects of design, renovation, and relocation efforts.  Performed interior and exterior design for redevelopment of retail shopping centers and multifamily housing.  Clients include; Sears Hometown Store, Great Salt Plains Healthcare, Save A Lot, KBR Construction, and Community Enterprises.  Higgins also has experience in design, staging, marketing, promotional campaigns, and event planning.  Prior to joining Waken and Company, Kari specialized in developing marketing strategies for businesses in the retail and service sectors and was selected by NAB as one of the top 15 marketing consultants in the nation from 2006 - 2008.  Visit me on LinkedIn
